PURPOSES & RULES 

As an Incorporated body within Victoria Australia we have a Statement of Purpose as part of our Incorporated Rules.  You can see a copy of our Incorporated Rules here.

GO Statement of Purposes
a) To assist any person who is about to undergo or has undergone an Ostomy operation.

b) To gain knowledge and provide information, advice and encouragement concerning stoma appliances and other aspects of stoma care.

c) To purchase and distribute approved appliances and pharmaceuticals to members according to the rules laid down by the Government Departments administrating the Stoma Appliance Scheme.

d) To purchase and sell to members other stoma supplies, on a non profit basis.

e) To co-operate with other organisations dedicated, in whole or in part, to the same objectives.

f) To raise, obtain or receive funds or other aid to help achieve the above objectives.
