ORDERS
Ordering supplies from GOA is easy and
can be done by phone, mail, e-mail, fax or on-line. All orders are to be
received by 2.30 pm on closing day) see below or download the PDF file

CLOSING DATES
for ORDERS 2009
These are the dates that orders close for your supplies.
PLEASE NOTE!! orders need to be placed BEFORE 2.30
pm on these dates.
Wed 27/05 for June orders Fri
26/06 for July orders
Mon 27/07 for August orders Wed 26/08 for
September orders
Fri 25/09 for October orders Mon 26/10 for
November orders
Wed 25/11 for December orders Wed 18/12 for January 2010
orders
To order on line there are a few provisos
that have to be followed:
 You must
have an Entitlement Number to access Stoma Appliance Scheme.
You must
have paid your National Access Fee.
You can not
have ordered from another association for the same month of supply.
All orders
that require posting out must be prepaid (orders will only be posted
within Australia)
