ORDERS
Ordering supplies from GOA is easy and
can be done by phone, mail, e-mail, fax or on-line. All orders are to be
received by 2.30 pm on closing day) see below or download the PDF file

CLOSING DATES
for ORDERS 2010
These are the dates that orders close for your supplies.
PLEASE NOTE!! orders need to be placed BEFORE 2.30
pm on these dates.
Wed 28/04 for May orders
Wed 26/045 for June orders Fri
25/06 for July orders
Mon 26/07 for August orders Fri 27/08 for
September orders Mon 27/09 for October orders
Wed 27/10 for
November orders Fri 26/11 for December orders
Fri 17/12 for January 2011

To order on line there are a few provisos
that have to be followed:
 You must
have an Entitlement Number to access Stoma Appliance Scheme.
You must
have paid your National Access Fee.
You can not
have ordered from another association for the same month of supply.
All orders
that require posting out must be prepaid (orders will only be posted
within Australia)
