Info Cards GO produces a number of information cards and as they become available they will be added below for downloading. The most popular information card with new and long term members, as it deals with the most common question that most ostomates ask - What can I eat? - is, "Food Glorious Food" , which can also be downloaded in PDF brochure form here. Many Ostomates are worried about leaving home and travelling. GO has an info card, "Going Somewhere" which covers the basics about this subject. For the PDF brochure click here.
